This notice describes how the current MOOSE website handles an enquiry. The studio’s legal entity, privacy contact and final retention policy must be confirmed before public launch.

What you provide

The website now directs project enquiries to neil@mooseglobal.ai. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you choose what to include and send. Please only share files you are authorised to provide.

Why it is collected

These details are used to assess the brief and support a potential production conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications or create a production agreement.

Where the enquiry goes

New enquiries are sent directly by email and handled through the studio’s email service. The former website form is closed. Records submitted before it closed may remain in private storage attached to the website hosting platform; they are not displayed publicly.

Access and retention

Access is limited through the hosting platform’s owner controls. A final retention period and verified process for access, correction and deletion requests must be established before public launch. Until then, use test or non-sensitive project material.

Cookies and analytics

The MOOSE application does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics. The hosting platform may use cookies for private site access and its own security functions.
